What Donkley is
You order a job and an AI model (currently Claude by Anthropic) does it. You review the result. Results are AI-generated and can contain mistakes. Review every result before you rely on it or publish it. Donkley never books, buys, sends, or posts anything for you.
Adults only
You must be 18 or older to use Donkley. Don't upload photos or details of children beyond what a job needs (a first name or nickname is enough).
Your review and changes
You're the reviewer. Each job includes one free change request. AI can and will make mistakes, so check results, especially numbers, dates, prices, and anything about money.
Not professional advice
Financial reports such as P&L statements are bookkeeping drafts, not accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. Have a qualified professional review them before filing, lending, or investing decisions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Donkley for anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful. That includes spam, fake reviews, impersonation, harassment, collecting private individuals' personal data, or anything that breaks Anthropic's Usage Policy. If you contact businesses from a lead list, you must follow anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM. We can refuse or stop any job.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you give us and to the results we deliver to you. You confirm you have the right to share any file you upload.
Refunds
If a job fails, it's retried once and then refunded in full automatically. If a result clearly misses what you ordered, use your free change, or email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund it.
Monthly plans
Plans renew every month at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel online anytime from your account page in one click; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Unused job credits roll over, up to two months' worth. If you cancel, your credits stay usable until the end of the month you paid for; when the plan ends, unused credits expire. A failed plan job gives its credit back. Autopilot runs only jobs you set up, at the times you choose, and you can pause it anytime. If you're in the EU or UK, you ask us to start right away and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once a job has been delivered.
Who you're dealing with
Donkley.ai is operated by the owner of Donkley.ai, based in Colorado, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that can't be waived.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for it.
