Who is Donkley for?

Busy adults (18 and older) and small-business owners who would rather spend their time on something other than admin. It is not for kids.

What AI do you use?

Claude, by Anthropic. Every job is done by an AI agent built on Claude models. The work is AI-generated. There's no human review step: you review every result yourself.

Will the AI make mistakes?

Yes, sometimes. AI can get details wrong, so you review every result before you use it. If something is off, you can ask for one free change.

How fast is it?

Most jobs are usually ready in minutes. Bigger jobs can take longer. You get a private results page to come back to.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Every job is a flat price, paid once. Monthly plans are optional, for jobs you want done every week or month.

What can’t Donkley do?

It doesn’t give medical, legal, tax or investment advice. It never books or buys anything for you: it plans and drafts, and you decide what to do with it.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. We don't use your data to train AI models. The privacy policy lists every service that handles your job and what we keep.

How long do you keep my files?

Uploads and results are deleted after 30 days by default. Download anything you want to keep before then.

What if a job fails?

If a job fails, we retry it once. If it fails again, or the AI declines it, you're refunded automatically. Every job also has a cost limit.

Why donkeys?

Donkeys carry the load so people can travel light. They're our illustrated mascots. The actual work is done by AI agents (Claude by Anthropic).
