Proposal for Sarah & Tom Lin Job address: 418 Maple Ct, Springfield Proposal #: [Proposal #] Date: [Proposal date] Valid until: [Proposal date + 30 days]

Dear Sarah and Tom,

Thank you for the chance to bid on your hall bathroom remodel. You want to replace the old tub/shower combo with a walk-in shower that's safe and easy to step into with a toddler in the house, along with a new vanity and a new tile floor. Sarah, you also mentioned two concerns: dust, and how long you'll be without this bathroom.

This plan is built around those points. Before any demolition, we'll cover the floors with ram board and put up a dust barrier at the hallway to keep dust in the work area. The shower uses a low-curb pan with Schluter waterproofing, a Moen Posi-Temp pressure-balancing valve, and a 2x2 mosaic shower floor. We expect to be on site for about 12–14 working days. The schedule below shows the order of work so you'll know what's happening each step of the way.

Everything that's included, excluded, and priced is spelled out here, so there are no surprises. If anything is unclear, call or email me anytime.

Warm regards,

Dave Ortiz Owner, Ridgeline Remodeling LLC

Project Summary

We will remove the existing tub/shower combo, wall tile, floor tile, vanity, and toilet from your roughly 9 x 7 ft hall bathroom. In their place we will build a low-curb walk-in shower with porcelain tile to the ceiling, a recessed niche, a new valve, and a frameless glass door. We'll also install your new 36" vanity and faucet, lay a new porcelain tile floor, reinstall the toilet, and paint the walls and ceiling. Floors and the hallway are protected and dust is contained throughout the project.
