Lumen Aesthetics: Consult Booking Page & Pre-Consult Emails
Before You Use This
- Fill in these placeholders: [Address], [Provider Name], [Provider Credentials, e.g., RN], [Intake Form Link], [Business Hours], and the merge fields your booking and email software uses ([Client First Name], [Consult Date], [Consult Time], [Booking/Reschedule Link]).
- Deposit question: Your inputs say the $50 deposit is credited toward any treatment. They don't say what happens if a client attends but decides not to book. I used the placeholder [What happens to the deposit if no treatment is booked]. Please fill it in so clients aren't surprised.
- Softer wording on booking: Your process says "Otherwise we book the treatment before they leave." I wrote this as "if you'd like to move forward, you can book before you leave." That keeps your zero-pressure promise. Change it back if you prefer.
- Same-day treatment: I only described it as sometimes possible, for injectables only, and only if the provider says it's appropriate. That matches your inputs.
- Email 2 timing: If a client books fewer than 3 days out, consider skipping Email 2 or sending it right after the confirmation.
- Privacy: The emails and texts don't name the service a client is interested in. Your review checklist covers this.

A free 30-minute consult in Austin with our nurse injector or aesthetician. Ask anything, learn your options, and leave with a clear plan. Booking is up to you.
Intro
New to aesthetics? You're in the right place. Most of our clients come in for their very first consult feeling a little nervous, and that's completely normal. This visit is simply a chance to talk about what you'd like, get honest answers about what's realistic, and see pricing upfront. There's no obligation to book anything.
Services You Can Consult About
- Botox / neurotoxin
- Dermal fillers
- Microneedling
- Chemical peels
- Laser hair removal
Not sure which one fits? That's what the consult is for.
How Your Consult Works
- Book online. Choose a time that works for you. You'll get an intake form by email to fill out before your visit.
- Meet your provider. Your consult is 30 minutes, in person, with our nurse injector or aesthetician.
- Talk about your goals. We start by listening: what you'd like to change and what's been on your mind.
- Skin assessment and photos. Your provider looks at your skin and takes a couple of private photos for your chart.
- Review your options. Your provider walks you through your options, what's realistic, and pricing.
- Decide on next steps. If it's a good fit and your provider says it's appropriate, injectable treatments can sometimes be done the same day. If you'd like to move forward with something else, you can book your treatment before you leave.
How to Prepare
- Fill out your intake form (sent by email after you book)
- Bring a photo ID
- Bring a list of your current medications and supplements
- Come with a clean face if you can, with no heavy makeup

- Write down any questions you want to ask
- Arrive a few minutes early to settle in
Your provider will go over your medical history at the visit. They'll let you know if anything should be adjusted before treatment.
