Riverside Rockets U10 Snack & Carpool Schedule
Assumptions & notes
- Privacy: The roster had first names only and no last names, phone numbers, emails, home addresses, or birthdays, so nothing needed removing. The only street address used is the venue address you gave (Lincoln Fields, 400 Oak St).
- Year and time zone: I used 2025 and Central Time (America/Chicago). All 8 dates fall on Saturdays in 2025, so no weekday mismatches were found. Every event falls before the November 2 clock change.
- Assumed end times: Away games with no end time are set to 90 minutes (Sept 13 ends 12:00 PM, Sept 27 ends 12:30 PM, Oct 11 ends 10:00 AM). Home games use the 9:00–10:00 AM times you gave.
- Tournament: The Oct 25 tournament is set to 10:00–11:30 AM (90 minutes). Tournaments often run longer, so update this once you know the real end time. I treated it as a game, so it gets 1 snack family.
- Duty rules used:
- 1 snack family at each of the 8 events.
- 2 drivers at each of the 3 away games and the tournament, which makes 8 driving slots.
- No carpool at home games. All events are games, so there are no practice slots.
- Constraints applied:
- Maya's family is not scheduled Oct 11.
- Zoe's family is not scheduled Sept 20 or Sept 27.
- Leo's family has no snacks in September.
- Sofia's family has snacks only.
- Harper's family drives only.
- Siblings Ava & Noah count as one family.
- No family has snacks and driving at the same event, and no family has back-to-back turns of the same duty.
- Fairness: Seven families can do snacks and there are 8 snack slots. The extra snack turn went to Sofia's family, who can't drive. Seven families can drive and there are 8 driving slots. The extra driving turn went to Harper's family, who skips snacks. This way every family has exactly 2 duties in total.
- Seats: Leo's family (Sam) can drive 3 kids. No seat counts were given for other drivers, so drivers should confirm how many kids they can take. With 9 players and 2 drivers, some families may still need to bring their own child.
- Pickup point: No meeting point was given, so drivers should arrange pickups directly with families.
- Reminders: Each calendar event has a pop-up reminder at 7:00 PM the night before.
- No NEEDS VOLUNTEER slots. Every slot is covered.
