Your Weekly Life Review Dashboard
This is a quick Sunday-evening check-in across the seven areas you care about: health, work, money, relationships, home, Spanish, and fun. It's built around your own targets, so it takes about 20 minutes. Most of it is ticking boxes and typing numbers, not writing.
- Review weekly: Every Sunday evening, score the week that started on Monday.
- Score honestly: A 2 is useful information, not a failure. The point is to see what's really happening.
- Spot patterns monthly: Every 4 weeks, look at the score columns to see which areas are rising or slipping, and adjust.
