Your Week: Monday 3 June – Sunday 9 June

The week is front-loaded for Thursday's 12pm report, using your early mornings. Admin is cleared by Wednesday, errands go in one Thursday-evening trip, and Friday through Sunday stay light.

Assumptions I made:

  • Dates: Monday 3 June to Sunday 9 June.
  • Report: I've treated the quarterly sales report as a work task. I put focus blocks in your early mornings (6:45–7:45) and suggested a protected block during Wednesday's WFH day. If you can do it fully within work hours, use the early slots for rest instead.
  • Commute: On office days (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri) I assumed you're home and free from about 6:00pm. On Wednesday (WFH) you're free from 5:30pm.
  • Lunch: I assumed you get a lunch break around 12:30–1:00. Plumbers and dental surgeries are usually only reachable in the daytime, so those calls go there.
  • Car registration: I assumed you can renew online. If it has to be in person, check the office's opening hours on Monday and swap it into a lunch break or the Thursday trip.
  • Football: "Football practice Tue 6–7pm" is treated as fixed. I left time either side for travel.
  • Party: I assumed Saturday's party runs about 2:00–4:00pm.
  • Groceries: I assumed you have enough food to last until Thursday's shop. If not, see the tip in section 5.
  • Time estimates are rough guesses, so adjust them to how you actually work.
  • After 8:30pm nothing is scheduled, as you asked.

Failed jobs are retried once, then refunded automatically.

Need something different?

Can't find it? Describe anything.

Our AI checks it's something we can do safely, then shows you exactly what you'll get and a flat price. Nothing is charged until you order.
